He freelanced as an assistant throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego in the 90s. For 7 years he worked for a renowned architectural photographer whom also owned a custom commercial photo lab. He became a production manager for the lab, then associate photographer for the owner. He’s travelled all over the world photographing for the resort industry in projects presented by architects, interior designers and home builders.
Opportunity arose in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a studio that serviced large catalog productions which would run for months throughout the year. The studio grew, taking on fashion clients as well. He found a niche in this aspect of production and has continued to help service the needs of this studio and it’s clientele, as well has his own. His business services clients in higher ed, retail design, and corporate portraiture. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Robert Morris University, sharing his expertise with aspiring student photographers.
